Steps:-
1. Apply a scotch tape to the surrounding area of the nails.
2. Apply a dark blue nail polish on the upper part of the nails and then paint the rest of the nail with light blue nail polish as pictured.
3. While the nail polishes is wet place the sponge to blend the colours naturally.
4. Draw the clouds on the nails using a thin brush or any other tool you have.
5. Apply a top coat and you are done.
