You Will need:
– baby powder
– cotton sticks
– mascara
Steps:-
1. Apply a mascara over your lashes as you would normally do.
2. Use a cotton sticks swab and apply the baby powder onto your lashes as pictured.
3. Apply a second layer of mascara and you are done.
